MORE EVIDENCE THAT STATES MATTER

This event shows why states and your support matter!

Join States Win and New American Leaders Action Fund for a timely conversation with state legislators from MN, MI, AZ, and VA. These courageous state lawmakers are using every lever they have to push back against federal overreach and protect their communities.

States Win will highlight opportunities to volunteer and other ways to support the powerful work these legislators are doing. Four States Win alums will join the meeting including SWSB's former candidates VA Delegate Elizabeth Guzman and MN State Senator Ann Johnson Stewart.

The Equity Alliance (TEA)

Tequila M. Johnson, co-founder and CEO

TEA is a Black-led statewide organization dedicated to building independent Black political and economic power. They engage Black Tennesseans year-round through civic education, leadership development, and community-centered organizing. Read about TEA’s legislative work, accomplishments, and important issues here.
